DUTIES:

  • Serves within the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), Information Operations (J6), Program Executive Office (J62), Enterprise Capabilities (J62B), Enterprise Platform Program Office.
  • The incumbent functions as a project manager of assigned agile development efforts to deliver a user-centric portal capability via ServiceNow.
  • Applies agile methodology processes to the planning, design, development, implementation, and maintenance of assigned configuration, development and integration services.
  • Work with customer functional proponents in their formulation of user stories that result in modern, user-centric designs and workflows.
  • Performs “level of effort” assessment/ impact analysis in collaboration with customers, coworkers, and system users for enhancements, integrations and other changes based on high level user stories and business requirements
