Director of Grants Management 

Full Time $57,103.32 - $73,252.82

 

Are you a motivated, positive, service-driven individual?  If so, we need to talk.  As a member of the County Administration management team, this supervisory position assists in the overall development and organization of county and court functions. In doing so, the Director of Grants Management focuses on writing grants, coordinating program implementation, and evaluating results. This position also reports on grants and funded projects to state, federal, and other funding agencies.  Work is performed with a wide degree of independence and latitude. They also supervise department staff, and oversee the work of consultants, providers and office support personnel. Work is performed under the supervision of the County Administrator or Designee.  The Director of Grants Management is a key participant in the Criminal Justice Advisory Board and its related functions and duties.  As such, it takes direction from the Court in those matters.

Requirements

Bachelor degree in a social services, criminal justice, public administration or related field; Master degree in behavioral/social science, criminal justice, or related field preferred.  Specific education and training in research and outcomes measurement is preferred. Preferred work experience in a behavioral/social science, government administration, or criminal justice setting with experience in service development and program planning.  Two to four years of experience in management and direction of program staff and/or consultants, or any combination equivalent of education and/or training.
