Foreclosure Paralegal

We are looking for an experienced residential foreclosure paralegal. The ideal candidate preferably has experience working on files pertaining to mortgage servicers and creditors’ rights cases, including bankruptcy, asset recoveries and foreclosures, restructurings, and litigation. Typical clients would be Financial institutions, Finance companies, Investment funds, Equipment lessors, etc.

Knowledge of Tempo and LPS is preferred for the position.
