Office Manager

What you’ll be doing
The Office Manager will be part of the Leadership Team. As the Office Manager, you will plan, direct and implement the office in your area of expertise and coordinate the fluidity in the office.

What we need from you
  • Assign and monitor clerical, administrative, and secretarial responsibilities and tasks among office staff
  • Allocate available resources to enable successful task performance
  • Coordinate office staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Evaluate and manage staff performance
  • Ensure the security, integrity, and confidentiality of data
  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and bookings
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Maintain a safe and secure working environment

What skills & experience you’ll bring to us
  • Proven experience in working within an office environment.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced camp environment.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Physical ability to lead activities for 6 to 8 hours per day.
  • Displays an energetic and positive personality. 
  • Computer skills and knowledge of office software packages
