Help Desk Analyst

We are seeking a Help Desk Analyst to provide 1st level phone, desktop and peripheral support to end users at our WorkReady location. Your day to day will include the following:
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software and cabling problems
  • Track and monitor all support requests within ticketing system
  • Follow up with other members in the department to update stale tickets. 
  • Travel within the metro Philadelphia area to regional sites may be required as needed.  
Requirements
  • Minimum of High School Diploma/GED required. Technical School or 2-4 year college degree preferred.
  • 2-3 years relevant work experience.
  • Experience with a ticketing system required; Kaseya preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communicatin skills.
  • Experience with Sharepoint preferred.
  • Ability to adhere to JEVS Code of Conduct.
