Guest Service Agent

The Guest Service Agent interacts with every department in the operation. Responsibilities include guest registration, guest payment, room assignments, making future reservations, answering the telephones, and assisting guests with information. The position requires the ability to stand during the shift, good eyesight and the computer skills. Flexibility in scheduling is required and includes working on weekends and holidays.
