Salesforce Developer Apprenticeship
Internet Creations is excited to roll out our an apprenticeship opportunity for Trailblazers looking to accelerate their career in Salesforce development. This part-time program will provide you with the chance to learn from experienced developers in both our Professional Services (consulting) and R&D (internal product development support) spaces. At the end of the ~3 month program you will not only have focused in on key skills that will be foundational to your career success, you will also have a deep understanding of how companies across dozens of industries leverage Salesforce development to meet their growing business needs.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
Time Investment: This program requires applicants to be able to invest 12-16 hours/week to completing modules and assignments, code review sessions, and mentoring. There is some flexibility for self-guided work to be completed off core business hours but some availability between 10am-5pm ET will be required to successfully complete the program
Technology Requirements: We do not wish that lack of access to technology be a barrier to entry for this program. Applicants with laptops that meet the system requirements will be allowed to use personal devices. Options will be provided for applicants who are unable to provide their own device.
Ideal Candidates: Are passionate about a career with Salesforce development but wondering 'how do I get experience without experience?" You may have already dipped your toes into Trailhead, attended Trailblazer Community Group Events but are unsure how to pivot your career or future to access the opportunities in the ecosystem. You are very curious, ready to learn, and committed to success. Whether you're a recent graduate, re-entering the workforce after a personal/family/military leave, or someone looking to pivot their development career to Salesforce- we would like to hear from you!
